GFS Grows Too!

At the end of each year at GFS, the Senior Leadership Team and Governors reflect on the year's achievements and areas for development.
Following this process, we set ourselves targets to continue our improvement the following year. The targets we set are always ambitious: but that's good - it's 'growth mind-set' for GFS!
We write these targets (along with how we think we'll achieve them), in a document called the 'School Development Plan'.
So that everyone in our community knows what we are working on (and how we're adopting a growth mind-set) we have put our targets for growth on this poster.
