Our vision is for a true community school, where local people are involved in the life of the school in many different ways. We are keen to hear from community groups or individuals who believe they have something to offer children in Greenwich - for example, leading enrichment activities, supporting pupil volunteers or helping us set up the school by, for example, publicising it to local parents.

Furthermore, we recognise the vital role parents and carers play in their children's education. We will have high expectations of parents of GFS pupils, and want them to be fully involved in the life of the school. Similarly, we want them to have high expectations of us, and to let us know if there is anything more we could be doing to support and challenge their children.
